UBIFF’s Winner: “The Third Strike”

The award ceremony for the “Khangaardi” competition section of the 17th Ulaanbaatar International Film Festival (UBIFF) took place this week. The film The Third Strike, produced by OI Entertainment, was named Best Feature Film of the festival.

In addition to winning the top award, the film’s actors O.Dulguun and T.Nyamdorj were recognized as Best Actress and Best Actor, bringing the total to four awards for the production.

Meanwhile, J.Sengedorj, director of The Silent City Driver, Mongolia’s official submission for the Oscars, received the award for Best Director.
