Twelve Micro Parks to Be Built in the Capital

Ulaanbaatar City has announced plans to build 12 micro parks across eight districts next year by reclaiming public spaces currently occupied by fences, garages, and street kiosks.

The initiative aims to improve residents’ access to green, open areas within walking distance. New parks are planned in locations such as the 22nd khoroo of Khan-Uul District, the 13th khoroo of Sukhbaatar District, and the 8th, 39th, and 40th khoroos of Songinokhairkhan District.
