Traffic Restriction by License Plate Numbers Begins

To ease congestion at the start of the new school year, license plate restrictions have been reintroduced. In a public survey organized by the city, 58% of respondents supported the measure. The restriction will remain in effect until September 14 and will apply citywide, regardless of districts. On September 1, however, all vehicles will be allowed to operate freely.

Even-numbered plates may drive on:
