The Baikal Research Institute of Irkutsk, Russia, has initiated a project to build a seal aquarium in Mongolia. The facility will be located in the National Garden Park, with all construction costs covered by the Russian side.
In connection with the project, the capital city authorities announced plans to open two new entrances to the park, one near Marshal Town and another near the I-Mart shopping center.
