President’s Scholar Sends 296 Students Abroad

As part of the “"President's Scholar–2100” program, initiated by President U.Khurelsukh in 2021, one student is selected each year from all 330 soums and every district sub-division in Ulaanbaatar to study at the world’s top universities.

Last week, 296 students who had won this scholarship completed a year-long preparatory program and departed Mongolia to pursue studies in universities across 15 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and France.

Currently, 758 students from Mongolia are studying in 19 countries under this scholarship, with the first cohort of eight students expected to graduate next summer. In addition, the names of 404 students who qualified for the 2025 intake based on the national entrance exams have been publicly announced.
