Prime Minister G.Zandanshatar visited the National Center for Maternal and Child Health (commonly known as “Ekh Nyalkhas”) last week. During his visit, he highlighted that due to restrictions imposed on the Health Insurance Fund’s budget, children whose illnesses are classified as chronic had been unable to receive necessary treatment, and he instructed that the issue be resolved.

In response, ₮8 billion will be reallocated from the budget for early detection programs to children’s medical treatment. As a result, by the end of 2025, surgical care will be provided to 1,250 children awaiting assistance for chronic conditions, and internal medicine care will be given to 1,100 children.
